Submit your request
Email contact@softmagno.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and identify the Softmagno product or service you used.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
We verify the request
To protect your information, we will verify that you control the account. We may ask you to confirm the request through the registered email address or within the relevant service. If an organization controls the account, we may need authorization from its account administrator.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account information and Google Sign-In data associated with the request, including the Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image stored for authentication, unless retention is required by law or a valid contractual obligation.
Project data controlled by your employer or another customer organization may be subject to that organization’s instructions and retention requirements. We will explain any applicable limitation.
Timing and exceptions
We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. Complex requests or legally required retention may take longer, in which case we will provide an update.
Limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Information stored in encrypted backups will be removed through the normal backup lifecycle and will not be restored to active systems except for disaster recovery.
Disconnect Google access
You can immediately stop future Google account access by visiting Google Account permissions, selecting the applicable Softmagno application, and removing access.
Revoking access does not by itself delete information already stored by Softmagno. Complete the deletion request above if you also want stored account data removed.
