01

Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Softmagno LLC (“Softmagno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use a Softmagno product or service that links to this policy.

Some customer-specific products may provide an additional privacy notice. If that notice conflicts with this policy for a particular product, the product-specific notice controls for that product.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, company, project details, support messages, and other information you choose to submit.
  • Account information: account settings, authentication records, and activity associated with your account.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, referring pages, timestamps, security logs, and website usage information.
  • Business-service information: data you or your organization submits to a Softmagno-built system, as described in the applicable agreement or product notice.
03

Google Sign-In and Google user data

When you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google may provide us with the basic account information you authorize: your name, email address, profile image, and a unique Google account identifier. We use the OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile to authenticate you, create or match your account, display your profile, and protect the service.

Softmagno does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, contacts, or passwords through this basic sign-in flow. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Softmagno’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may disconnect Softmagno from your Google Account at any time through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored; see “Your choices and deletion” below.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure our services; authenticate users; communicate with you; respond to support requests; configure and improve products; monitor reliability and prevent abuse; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

We do not use personal information for materially different purposes without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent when required.

05

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that perform hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, or professional services for us under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or when you direct or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising, credit decisions, or data-broker purposes.

06

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining security and audit records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and contractual requirement. Authentication tokens are designed to be short-lived or revoked when no longer needed.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure credential management, and monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

07

Your choices and deletion

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. To request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email contact@softmagno.com.

You may also control cookies through your browser and revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

08

Children and international use

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can delete it.

If you access our services outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

09

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to contact@softmagno.com.
